A twelve-week program for founders with a running business · Fifteen seats
Find out what’s actually holding your business back. Then fix it, in the right order.
Reverse Engineering Growth is a twelve-week program, led by Rossie Cortes and Tiffany Curtis, where you rebuild your business one area at a time. You work in a group of three. Each week, one part of your business gets fixed and put to work.
Six minutes, and you get your answer right away.

Who this is for
Before anything else, is this the right room for you?
This is for you if
- Your business is running. You’ve done deals or served paying clients, and you want to grow it.
- You’re willing to do the work each week. Nothing is done for you.
- You can make decisions about your business, or you share them with a partner who’s on board.
- You’re open to using AI where it saves you real hours.
This isn’t for you if
- You haven’t done your first deal yet. The application will tell you honestly, and there’s a program coming for that stage.
- You want a library of videos to watch on your own time.
- You want someone to build the business for you.
- You’d rather keep collecting strategies than commit to one.
If the second list sounds like you, it’s better to know now than in Week 3.
If the first list sounds like you, the application takes six minutes.
Apply nowThe real problem is order
Every business has nine areas, and they depend on each other in a specific order.
Your market determines your offer. Your offer determines your message. Your message determines how you get leads. Leads feed sales. Sales feed delivery. Delivery needs a team. The team needs systems. And all of it shows up in the money.
- Market and customerWho actually buys, and why.
- Offer and unit economicsWhat you sell, at what price, at what margin.
- Brand and messageWhat you promise and how you prove it.
- DemandHow business comes in, week after week.
- Sales and follow-upWhat happens between interest and a signature.
- Delivery and operationsHow the work gets done without you in the middle.
- Team and delegationWho does what, and what comes off your plate.
- Technology and AIFewer tools, and the busywork automated.
- MoneyWhere every layer above finally shows up.
Growth stalls when you work on an area whose input is broken. You spend more on marketing when the offer doesn’t hold up. You hire when there’s no delivery system to hand off. You buy software when the pipeline has no stages. All of that is hard work, and all of it feels productive.
After twenty-plus years of doing this, I can tell you that a business is rarely broken everywhere. It’s usually one or two things, and they cause problems everywhere else. Find them. Fix them in the right order. The rest starts moving.
That’s what we do here.
What happens in twelve weeks
It starts before Week 1, and it ends with a plan in your hands.
Before Week 1
Your private diagnostic. You, Rossie, and Tiffany. We define your goal in numbers. If you run more than one business, we decide which one we focus on. We score all nine areas of your business and name the one thing holding it back. You leave with something most owners have never had: a clear picture of the whole business, with the problem circled.
Weeks 1 through 9
One area per week. Each week, the area is taught once at the group meeting, and then you fix it in your business during your group-of-three session.
Week 10
Your twelve-month plan. Built from the nine weeks of real work, quarter by quarter.
Week 11
The group review. You present your full plan, and the room tests it.
Week 12
Your private review. You, Rossie, and Tiffany again. We finalize your plan and lock in your first ninety days.
Every week, two meetings
Sixty minutes
Your group of three
You and two founders with a similar business or a similar problem. Because the room is three people and not thirty, that’s roughly twenty minutes of direct attention on your business every week. It’s the reason we stop at fifteen.
Seventy-five minutes
The Roundtable
All fifteen founders. We teach the week’s area, share wins, work through one founder’s real problem live, and each group says out loud what it’s building that week.
That’s the whole format. If it fits how you work, apply.
Apply nowWhere you are now, and where you’ll be
Same business. Different machine.
Right now
Your business is running, but the effort isn’t converting the way it should. Several things are half-built. Too many ideas compete for the same hours. You don’t have a clear answer to “what’s holding this back,” and you don’t have a clear answer to “what do I do first.”
When this is over
You’ll have one business you’ve committed to, with the main problem fixed. You’ll have nine working systems: a clear customer, an offer with the math done, your message, a way to get leads, a pipeline in your CRM, a delivery process, a plan for who does what, your technology with the automations running, and a financial dashboard. You’ll have a twelve-month plan. And you’ll have it all on one page.
We won’t promise what that’s worth in revenue. We will promise you’ll stop guessing about what to do next.
How it starts, and how you’re protected
The program begins with a private session. Then you decide.
Once you’re accepted, you secure your seat and we schedule your private diagnostic session. That session is the beginning of the program.
Your diagnostic session is the time you confirm this is a good fit for you
After it, you have forty-eight hours to decide if you want to continue. If you don’t, you get a full refund within five business days. You keep everything from the session: your scorecard, the business you chose, and the problem we identified.
This works both ways. If Rossie and Tiffany don’t believe they can help your business, they’ll tell you and refund you themselves.
Once Week 1 starts, your seat is committed. If a real life event comes up, your seat moves to the next cohort.
Nothing is locked in until after your first session.
Apply nowWeek by week
Something gets built every week.
- Your Market and CustomerWho buys from you and why, based on the deals you’ve already done. You’ll have a clear customer profile and positioning.
- Your Offer and the MathWhat you sell, at what price, at what margin, with the numbers worked backward from your goal. You’ll have an offer sheet with the math done.
- Your Brand and MessageWhat you promise, how you prove it, and the exact words. You’ll have your message map.
- Getting LeadsOne main way of bringing in business, running every week with real numbers. You’ll have the plan in motion.
- Sales and Follow-UpPipeline stages and a follow-up schedule, set up in your CRM. You’ll have a working pipeline.
- Delivery and OperationsHow the work gets done without you in the middle of everything. You’ll have your core process written down.
- Team and DelegationWhat only you should do, and what comes off your plate first. You’ll have a delegation plan and a scope for your first hire or contractor.
- Technology and AIFewer tools, and the busywork automated. You’ll have your stack mapped and two automations running.
- MoneyCash flow, margins, compliance basics, and a dashboard you’ll actually look at. You’ll have the dashboard and your targets.

Rossie Cortes
Rossie brings more than twenty years of executive, entrepreneurial, and consulting experience, including building and selling businesses and helping hundreds of business owners and organizations solve growth challenges.
Her strength is seeing what owners often cannot see from inside their own company: the patterns, gaps, bottlenecks, and disconnected decisions keeping the business from moving forward. She helps owners cut through the noise, identify what is actually holding the business back, and determine what needs to happen next and in what order.
She does not simply give advice. She helps owners think more strategically, make better decisions, and build a business designed around where they ultimately want to go.
Operations · Compliance · Planning · Project management
Tiffany Curtis
Tiffany is an entrepreneur, operations and project management professional, property management coach, and co-host of Epic Adventure Retreats. She spent more than a decade in property management and Section 42 housing compliance, and she owned and operated a successful adventure tour company in Southern Utah. Tiffany is known for building strong relationships, creating clear communication, and turning big-picture ideas into organized, actionable plans. In this program she covers operations, compliance, planning, and project management, and she brings a practical understanding of systems, accountability, and team dynamics, along with a natural ability to connect people and help them move their ideas forward.
Not a rotating bench of coaches. Rossie and Tiffany lead this program themselves.
What this is not
Just as important as what it is.
- It’s not a community of thousands. It’s fifteen founders, in groups of three.
- It’s not a video library. Something gets built in your business every week.
- It’s not open-ended. It’s twelve weeks, with a finished plan in your hands at the end.
- It’s not a step toward something else you’ll be asked to buy. There is nothing else. No inner circle, no upsell, no advanced version.
- It’s not done for you. You do the work on your own business, which is why it’s yours when it’s finished.
Questions people ask before applying
Straight answers.
What if the application tells me no?
Then it just saved you twelve weeks. A no is about the stage your business is at, not about you. If you haven’t done your first deal yet, we’ll point you to the program we’re building for that stage. And if you think your answers didn’t reflect your real situation, reply and Rossie will take a second look.
How much time does it take each week?
Two live meetings, a little over two hours total, plus the work on your own business. Most founders set aside four to six hours a week. If that isn’t realistic for you right now, the application will surface that.
Who will I be grouped with?
Two other founders with a similar business or a similar problem, based on your diagnostic. Groups stay together for the whole program. If a group isn’t working, we rematch at Week 6.
I run more than one business. Which one do we work on?
We decide that together in your diagnostic, before Week 1. It’s the first real decision of the program.
What does it cost?
The investment is shown at the end of the application, before you submit, so there are no surprises. It’s one payment, or installments through Klarna at checkout. There’s nothing else to buy afterward.
Is this only for real estate?
No. The nine areas apply to every business. The cohort includes founders in real estate, services, trades, and product businesses, and you’re grouped with people whose situation is relevant to yours.
Do I need to be technical to do the AI part?
No. You need to be willing. Week 8 sets up two automations in your business, and we do it with you.
What happens after twelve weeks?
You run your plan. You’ll have the systems, the twelve-month plan, and your first ninety days locked in your final review. There’s no continuation to buy.
Still have a question the application would answer faster?
Apply nowDates
Applications close Friday, September 18, or when the fifteenth seat fills, whichever comes first.
We stop at fifteen because of the format. Fifteen founders is five groups of three, and a group of three is what makes twenty minutes of attention on your own business possible every single week. A bigger room would mean a smaller share of it. That’s the only reason for the cap. There’s no countdown on this page.
The application
Apply in six minutes. You’ll get your answer on the spot.
Answer honestly. There are no trick questions, and there’s no benefit in guessing what we want to hear. The application will tell you one of three things: you’re in, Rossie wants to talk with you first, or this isn’t the right program for you yet. All three answers are given straight.
